"Mostly fine, but a little frustrating"
I ordered a lab kit from Carolina for my class, and to be fair, it did arrive on time. When I opened it up, most of what we needed was there, so at first I felt relieved because I was counting on it for a lesson.
Then I noticed one small bottle was missing, and the printed list didn’t quite match what was actually in the box. We managed to work around it by swapping a few things, but it definitely threw off the flow and made the lab feel more stressful than it needed to be.
It wasn’t a disaster or anything, just disappointing when you’re expecting a complete kit and you’ve already planned around it. I’d probably order from them again, but next time I’d check every single item as soon as it arrives.

"Shipping Took Longer Than Expected"
I ordered from Carolina and overall the product was fine once it finally arrived, so I don’t really have any complaints about the actual item itself. The frustrating part was the shipping. It took longer than I expected, and the tracking information barely updated, so I kept checking it and still couldn’t really tell where the package was or if it was moving at all. I get that shipping delays happen, but when the tracking doesn’t show much, it makes the wait feel even longer because you’re kind of left guessing. Everything showed up in good condition in the end, but the wait was definitely annoying...

"Backorder Updates Were Too Vague"
I ordered some supplies and only found out afterward that they were on backorder. To be fair, they did email me about it, but the updates were vague, lots of “soon” and “we’ll keep you posted” without any real timeline. The order did eventually show up, but I wish they’d been more upfront and clear instead of making vague promises about when it might arrive

I had a question about my order and didn’t expect no fast reply, but they got back to me the same day. The answer was clear enough and helped me sort out the issue. It wasn’t perfect or nothing, but overall the service was good, and I’d use them again.

"Reliable supplier, just a few small delays"
and I’ve ordered from carolina a few times now for classroom supplies, and overall they’ve been dependable. Most things arrive when expected and are packed well. One order did take a bit longer than I would’ve liked, but it wasn’t a huge issue. I’d still order from them again

I ordered what I needed and somehow got the wrong items not once, but twice. It was really frustrating because I had to deal with the hassle both times, and I just wanted my order to be right without wasting my time.

"Wrong invoice and a frustrating back-and-forth"
I ordered from carolina.com and noticed the invoice didn’t match what I was actually charged. I had to go back and forth over email just to get it sorted out, which was annoying enough, but the replies made me feel like I was being talked down to for asking a basic question. It eventually got cleared up, but it was way more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Arrived on time, but the packaging let me down"
My order showed up on time, which I appreciated, but I was disappointed when I saw the box. One side was crushed and it was partly open, so that didn’t make me feel great about what I paid for. There also wasn’t much padding inside, and a couple of my items looked like they’d been knocked around during shipping. Nothing was completely ruined, thankfully, but I expected the packing to be a lot better. For me, it just didn’t feel worth the worry, and I’m not sure I’d order again anytime soon.

I ordered a few lab items and, just going by my gut, the prices felt fair. Shipping did add a little extra, but even with that, it still seemed like a better deal than some other sites I checked.

"Decent, but not always exciting"
Some of the activities definitely got my class interested. I mean, a few of them had the kids really paying attention, but some of the kits felt a little too basic. The directions were also kind of confusing at times, so we had to stop and figure things out. It was good enough overall, just not something that felt super exciting every single time.

"Not Enough Options for What I Needed"
I went on Carolina hoping I’d find a decent range of stuff for what I was looking for, but it felt limited to me. I kept clicking around and it seemed like I was just seeing the same types of products over and over. Maybe it’s fine if they happen to carry exactly what you need, but for me, it didn’t really help at all.

"Quote and PO process was smooth"
I needed to get a quote together for a work order I was trying to wrap up before lunch, and it went smoothly. The quote came back quick, and putting the purchase order through was easy enough on my end. It did take a little bit longer than I expected to get the final confirmation, but nothing too major. Overall, straightforward experience

"Decent kits, but the curriculum mismatch nearly sent me into orbit"
I ordered a few science kits from carolina because I really thought they’d line up better with our state standards, and wow, I may have been a little too optimistic. Some of the pieces were definitely useful, and the materials themselves were totally fine quality, but a lot of the lessons just did not match what we actually needed to teach. I ended up rewriting directions and adding extra activities myself, which made me question my entire life choices for a minute because wasn’t the whole point to save time? It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but I expected everything to be way more ready-to-use and aligned.

"Safety info could’ve been a lot clearer"
I ordered some lab supplies and, while the ordering part itself was fine, I found the safety information confusing. It didn’t feel clear or detailed enough, especially for products where you really do need to know exactly what you’re handling and what precautions to take. I ended up having to go look things up on my own from other sources, which was frustrating and not something I feel like customers should have to do. If you’re selling lab-related items, the safety details should be easy to find, easy to understand, and complete enough that people aren’t left guessing.

"Support wasn’t as helpful as I remembered"
I ordered some items for my class, and while the products themselves were totally fine, the support side was a bit disappointing. From what I remember, I expected teacher support to be quicker and more straightforward, but this time it felt slow and kind of unclear. I had to follow up twice before getting things sorted out. Not a terrible experience, but I definitely didn’t feel like I got much help when I needed it.

"Misleading wording and a frustrating refund process"
I ordered a replacement thinking it would be straightforward, but it ended up taking forever. The wording made it sound way simpler and quicker than it actually was, which was misleading. Support did reply to my emails, but it felt like they weren’t really looking closely at my order. After going back and forth more than I should have had to, I only got a partial refund. Really frustrating experience overall...

My order showed up fine and I did get what I needed in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience or anything. The only thing is customer service took a while to get back to me, which was a little frustrating. I’m not saying it was terrible, just that it could’ve gone a bit smoother.

"Leaky and Strong Smelling"
A few of them showed up leaking, and the smell was worse than I expected. It kind of gave off that no-real-person-there feeling, like nobody really checked the order before it went out. Disappointing overall.

"Checkout Froze and No One Seemed to Own the Problem"
I couldn’t really find what I was looking for, and when I finally got to checkout, it kept freezing on me. The most frustrating part was that it wasn’t clear who was actually responsible for fixing it or helping me out, so I just felt stuck going in circles.
